PS1016series intelligent pressure indicator is our newly developed industrial instrument. It
absorbs the advantages of similar foreign products with its special characteristics which is
particularly suitable for the measurement and control of melt pressure and the adaptability of
the fluctuate conditions of power grid. This pressure regulator with beautiful shape and
complete functions has excellent anti-interference performance to ensure the stability and
reliability of the system.
This series of intelligent pressure gauges adopts the four digital display with two layers and
double colours to show actual pressure value and set value respectively. It has the upper and
lower pressure alarm function. What's more, it is with relay contacts output, voltage pulse
output, bidirectional SCR trigger driver output or two-way constant current (or constant
pressure) output. With automatic debugging panel, the system calibration only needs a single
click.
The instrument uses triple anti-interference technology to ensure the working reliability.
First, it isolates between input and microprocessor, between microprocessor and output,
between power and input, microprocessor, and output by adopting photoelectric isolating
circuit. Second, it uses the software anti-interference measures to make software reliable work.
Third, it can automatically resume normal work after the system program suffers interference
by using the hardware program monitor system.
Practice application proved that by adopting above anti-interference measures can
ensure the high reliability of instrument software and ensure the stability and reliability of
working system.
